本领域以森林植物非木质资源为研究对象,开展其次生代谢活性物体内代谢和富集机制、提取分离、化学特征、生物转化、化学修饰、生物活性、功能评价及及加工利用研究,开发林源提取物及功能食品、保鲜剂、医药中间体、化妆品和天然饲料添加剂、林源生物农药等。

Inthis area ,thesecondary metabolitesand enrichment mechanismsare studied fromthe non-wood resource.the major interests include the extraction,separation, chemical modification, biotransformation, biological activity and function evaluation forsome naturalactive substances,the aim is to develop plant extracts and their functionalproducts.
